Many foods that you see in the stores say "Only 39 calories per cup" and stuff like that and you think "Wow! Usually popcorn is 60 calories per cup but this is 39!" You get so worked up that you end up eating the whole bag because it tastes so good!!! Instead of buying that you could have bought apples and microwaved them with cinnamon on top! You have to watch out for that.
